Clean vs. Explicit Music: What Couples Should Know

Image
Music sets the tone for your wedding—so choosing between clean and explicit versions of songs is a bigger deal than most couples realize. Here’s how I do it 👇 🎶 Start with Familiar, Build the Energy Early in the reception, I like to ease everyone in with songs that cross generations—think timeless classics that instantly feel comfortable. This helps guests of all ages warm up before the energy ramps up. Once the dance floor is moving, that’s when we start layering in newer music and higher-energy tracks. 🔄 Mix Eras, Don’t Segregate Them Instead of playing 20 oldies in a row and then switching to all modern hits, I blend eras together . A classic sing-along followed by a current favo...
